We are super excited to announce the addition of Patty Marcey as our Ambassador here at Shenandoah Senior Living. Patty has been with Shenandoah Senior Living since January of this year.
Patty was born in Charles Town, West Virginia and moved to the Front Royal area when she married Wesley Cornwell. She worked as a manager in the school system of Ressie Jeffries. Patty has three children: Ronney, Bonnie, and John. She also has five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren with one more great grandchild on the way in October. Wes passed away a number of years ago, but Patty has maintained a very positive attitude about life.
When we asked Patty to be our new Ambassador, she immediately replied that she would love to and that’s exactly the way that Patty is: always willing to help anyone. Patty is always one of the first people you may see on a tour of our Community as she is usually walking the hallways, sitting out on the back deck enjoying the view or being part of the activities programming. Patty loves arts and crafts, puzzles, exercises and bingo. She certainly makes our days bright with her positive attitude and charming personality.
When we asked Patty why she liked living here, she replied that she is comfortable, active and cared for. It’s very easy to care for someone like Patty. All are welcome to tour our Community and see for yourself why we are so very fortunate to call Patty one of our own.
